This is suitable for children 7-15 years, they complete pony club badges as well as learn valuable horsemanship skills. This is for every Saturday 10-2pm but children are welcome between 9-4pm, out of pony club hours they are expected to help on the yard with a member of staff, this is for selected children.
Suitable for all standards, grouped in similar abilities, we offer beginners lead rein and just off, Flat and poles, walk trot and working towards canter,30/40 jumping and 50/60 jumping. Pre-assessment is required for all lessons except for beginners groups. (Beginner children who need leading will need to be lead by a suitable adult or you can book a young local person to come in and lead your child at the cost of £5 paid direct to the young person (cash only)).
Suitable for all standards, available in the daytime and before group lessons. They can be to focus on flatwork or jumping or beginners just starting to ride.

These rides are suitable for riders who are confident to trot and can control the horse whilst others are cantering. Enjoy hacking through the World Heritage site of Poldice Valley and Carn Marth. A £10.00 Pre-assessment is required for this activity If you haven’t ridden with us before.

We are hiring the horses/ponies out for the Poldice competitions. To be able to do this you must be a regular rider with us and have ridden the horse you wish to compete and be assessed by the instructor and competent. On the day of the competition, you must arrive 1 hour before your class to help prepare the horse and 30 minutes after your class to help put the horse away. You can compete the horse in two classes and all entries must be booked and paid for separately through Horse Monkey. www.horsemonkey.co
